The Ghost of Henry Lincoln Takes Over An Author?

Indeed, the book review below seems to give exactly the same treatment to Pierre Plantard as did Henry Lincoln – it completely omits the activities of Pierre Plantard 1989-2000 and the revised history of the Priory of Sion during that period of time.

Templars and the Priory of Sion
A Connection?

By Christian Tourenne

The Priory of Sion and its possible connection to the Knights Templar is so controversial that it is often understood as a hoax.

And yet...

In the late 1950s, an old man living in Paris roamed the desolate moors of Rennes-le-Château, where he was conducting an investigation. Historians attributed him with the creation of the Dossiers that came to be known by the same name as the Rue Lobineau, where he lived. The man's name was Henri, and he was a descendant of an old Lorraine family: the Lenoncourts. His Dossiers contained a Grand Masters List of a secret society that was founded by Godfrey of Bouillon in 1099 on Mount Zion in Jerusalem. It turns out that between the 15th and 20th centuries, several members of the noble Lenoncourt family were in contact with the Master of their last descendants. Their encounters suggest the authenticity of the Grand Master List contained in the Dossiers..

* The book explores the existence of a medieval Priory of Sion, a possible source of the Order of the Temple. It analyzes the role of the canons of the Order of Sion in the genesis of the secret group, the first knights, the contribution of Eastern Christians to the esotericism of the Temple, and the secret rules of the Order. The book then describes the propagation of Templarism over the centuries, as well as the esoteric aspects of the lives of the 29 Masters of the Priory of Sion.

* A work consisting of 560-pages, with color illustrations.

VERDICT: Christian Tourenne needs to be exorcised from the ghost of Henry Lincoln!
