Bart Ehrman will never know just how wrong he is about the “historical” Crucifixion of Jesus Christ and how it has all been fabricated. But then again, nobody has told him.

At the very heart of Christianity lay the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ within its earliest writings (the Pauline epistles refers to, in passing, to the process very clearly), a process that involved a work of chemistry, and this process was later given a false “historical narrative” that became the fictional Gospels. But believing in this fictional “historical narrative” was later required as a major part of the Christian Faith. In short, the professional historians of today are simpletons and fools for their belief in the “historical narrative” of the Gospels. Unfortunately, these earliest Christian writings are not originals; the oldest surviving manuscripts, reasonably complete version of Paul's letters is part of the Papyrus 46 [also known as P. Chester Beatty II] manuscript dating from about 175-225 AD, are found in the Chester Beatty Library in Dublin, Ireland; also found in the University of Michigan Library in Ann Arbor, Michigan, America. Other significant early collections of Paul's letters are found in major codices (complete books) that date to the 4th and 5th centuries CE, such as Codex Vaticanus, Codex Sinaiticus, and Codex Alexandrinus, which are housed in other major libraries and museums worldwide.

Furthermore, this inner core of information as found in these earliest Christian writings would have been nothing new to Judaism – its Chief Rabbis in the Jerusalem Temple – they would of course have been very well aware of it, except it was not expressed in the form of Christianity, but in the form of Judaism and the Old Testament.

Two Points:

1. The difference between Judaism and Christianity was not the hallucinogen, but rather the reinterpretation of the story of Adam & Eve in the Book of Genesis that introduced the idea that sex was “Original Sin”. This was the real origin of Anti-Semitism.

2. As realised by the late R. G. Wasson, in most parts of the “Old World” the link between hallucinogens and religion was a closely guarded secret, known only to the priesthood, while in the “New World” it was not a secret at all and it was well-known to everybody.
