The “Trial ” of Abbé Saunière?

Does it REALLY MATTER what verdict the Believers will arrive at – are we really asked to believe that the Believers of this Gimmick will be without any agenda!?

The REAL TRIAL was carried out by the Bishopric of Carcassonne in 1910-1911 and most of the transcripts were published in Jacques Rivière’s book, “Le Fabuleux Trésor de Rennes-le-Château: Le Secret de l'Abbé Saunière” (Éditions Bélisane, 1983). Despite the book’s misleading title, there were no references in Abbé Saunière’s Trial to a treasure, to a secret, to a mystery, or to a Jesus Bloodline. Abbé Saunière was not treated any differently to any other priest.

Rumors had been circulating for some time about an event in Rennes-le-Château on August 8th! It's now officially announced, so everyone can start talking!

At 5:00 PM in the “Salle de la Capitelle” in Rennes-le-Château, the “Devil's Tribunal” will take place. A “trial” on the Saunière Affair will be presided over by Eric Giacometti! Alongside him will be Alexandre Painco, Mayor of Rennes-le-Château and First Vice-President of the Court, Christina Metge, and Tania Martino, Advocate General!

Three indictments will be brought before the Court. Alongside David Galley, Stéphanie Buttegeg, Jean-Michel Termeniere and Richard Audabram, I [Christian Doumergue] will be one of the five “witnesses” appearing in court to answer questions about the actions of Abbé Saunière during the years 1885 to 1910!

The priest's defense will be handled by Jean-Patrick Pourtal. Following these testimonies, the jury, composed of all members of the public present in the courtroom, will vote to determine whether Bérenger Saunière is “guilty” or “not guilty” of the three charges against him.
