Just a brief update about the Treasure of Rennes-le-Château and the endless magical spell that it creates among millions of people today.

I said it would take about 100,000 years of searching and finding – but in actual fact I was wrong – it would take more like hundreds of thousands of years to find – or even longer, perhaps even millions of years – or perhaps even till doomsday – until the natural end of Planet Earth. It will take that long; the sheer power of the imagination that is endless and is without any limits!

Noël Corbu – who invented the myth of the treasure of Rennes-le-Château – he left, he sold his property to Monsieur Henry Buthion because he could not make the myth pay during his lifetime – he couldn't generate enough interest! He would be laughing at everything today from wherever his spirit or whatever it may be – laughing at all the believers – and more to the point – crying and crying where he failed to take off!

Yes, the myth of the Treasure of Rennes-le-Château eventually did pay off – first thanks to the success of Gérard de Sède's book in 1967 – then by the hilarious “Jesus Bloodline” in 1982 – that was later supplemented in 2003 by “The Da Vinci Code”!

This whole subject matter is an exercise in human gullibility and I repeat – there is no other species on Planet Earth as stupid as Homo Sapiens – it all comes down to its advanced brain! For every achievement and invention that Homo Sapiens has succeeded there also comes the nightmare of a much bigger amount of stupidity! Even University graduates and University Lecturers believe in the Treasure of Rennes-le-Château!

Rennes-le-Château did finally become the Treasure Pot as hoped for by Noël Corbu – but not during his lifetime – he did not live long enough.
